Mi dog can't fly.

Plural Nouns

Rules:

1) When the Noun finishes in: O, SS, SH, CH, X.
We add ES.
E.g.

TomatO --> tomatoES
ClaSS --> classES
BruSH --> brushES
RoaCH --> roachES
BoX --> boxES

2) When the Noun finishes in: Consonant + "y"
We eliminate "y" and we add IES.
E.g.
LibraRY --> librarIES
DictionaRY --> dictionarIES

BaBY --> babIES

BoDY --> bodIES

3) When the Noun finishes in F or FE.
We eliminate F or FE and we add VES.
E.g.
LeaF --> leaVES
Half --> halVES

WolF --> wolVES
KniFE --> kniVES

4) Irregular Plurals
E.g.
Man --> Men
Woman --> Women
Person --> People

Foot --> Feet

Tooth --> Teeth

5) For the rest of Nouns
We Add S.

E.g.
House --> HouseS
Car --> CarS

Boy --> Boys

Pencil --> Pencils

Demonstratives
( This – That – These – Those )

They are used to express the distance from the speaker (I) to the object.

Es usado para mostrar la distancia entre el sujeto y el objeto.

Si el objeto esta cerca (here) y es un objeto (singular) usamos THIS.

This is my car. (Este es mi auto)

This is my friend.

Si el objeto esta cerca (here) y son varios objetos (plural) usamos THESE.

These are my cars. (Estos son mis autos.)

These are my friends.

Si el objeto esta lejos (there) y es un objeto (singular) usamos THAT.

That is my car. (Ese es mi auto.)

That is my friend.

Si el objeto esta lejos (there) y son varios objetos (plural) usamos THOSE.

Those are my cars. (Esos son mis autos.)

Those are my friends.
